Job summary

Accountant-General's Department (Singapore) is seeking a motivated professional to join the Transformation Team in the Assurance directorate to drive internal audit transformation. You will catalyse digital transformation, including governance-related AI tool implementations.

The role focuses on AI-powered audit, data analytics, automation and technology governance, with strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or implementing AI-, data-, or automation-enabled solutions.
• Knowledge of architecture, data management, information security, technology risk and responsible AI governance across the solution lifecycle.
• Tertiary qualification with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders clearly.
• Exposure to internal audit, controls, governance is a plus.
• Ability to translate audit requirements into digital use cases.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end design and implementation of scalable AI- and data-driven audit solutions.
• Develop automated compliance checks and audit assessments.
• Provide technical advisory on architecture, AI implementation, security and governance.
• Engage practitioners, business owners, technology teams and external partners to balance requirements.
