Job summary

SkillsFuture Singapore Agency is seeking a Senior Manager or Principal Manager to join the Incentives Management Division. You will lead initiatives for administering Training Allowance, SkillsFuture Credits, and related programmes, focusing on process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven reporting.

You will review workflows, collaborate with technology teams, and help ensure compliant, efficient incentive administration in a fast-paced CET ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in incentives management, grant operations, or project management preferred.
• Customer service mindset with ability to resolve escalated appeals and queries.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with learners, Training Providers and stakeholders to manage escalated appeals and verify training allowance.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations and controls to ensure policy-aligned operations.
• Assist in audits and management of outsourced service partners.
• Design, develop and streamline operational processes for training allowance administration.
• Coordinate with business technology for system enhancements and projects.
• Review workflows and develop SOPs aligned with funding policy.
