Job summary

Trip.com Group is seeking a senior partnerships lead to drive global hotel, airline, and entertainment partnerships within our membership ecosystem. You will own the full lifecycle from commercial negotiation to go-live, mobilize cross-functional teams, and optimize partner value using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years in the travel industry or related partnerships.
Proven track record in structuring and delivering global partnerships.

Identify and structure partnership opportunities with global hotel groups, airlines, and entertainment IPs.
