Job summary

Trip.com Group seeks an experienced Senior Partnerships Manager to lead end-to-end hotel chain partnerships and drive revenue growth. You will own acquisitions and ongoing management of hotel chains, align with global executives, and ensure content, rates, and products deliver best value to customers.

You will coordinate across platform, product, service, and marketing teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and analyze performance data to maximize financial contributions across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of working experience in hospitality, revenue/yield management, or e-commerce.
• Existing network with Tourism Boards, Hotel Chains, and travel influencers would be preferred.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end projects to deliver holistic solutions for business enablement, operational excellence, and strategic transformation.
• Own acquisitions and management of hotel chains; understand partners' strategy and objectives, and help grow revenue.
• Initiate, develop, and manage relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts, and discuss business needs with senior executives.
• Take a customer-centric approach to everything you do. Ensure hotels chains content, rates, availability, and products offer the best value to Trip.com customers.
• Responsible for full account management including performance tracking, production optimization, workshop conducting, and issue solving to drive mutual performance objectives.
• Conduct data research and routine performance review meetings with VP, SVP, and C-level in global hotel chain teams to ensure positive financial contribution.
• Be able to initiate new regional projects and accelerate global projects to promote brand awareness, strategy, and product benefits to hotel chain partners.
• Coordinate across Trip.com group internal teams to achieve account expectations and maximize performance.
