• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8–15 years of management experience in fresh supply chain operations.
• Strong data analysis and modeling capabilities.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions from operational problems.

Responsabilidades

• Design and map end-to-end supply chain processes from suppliers to stores.
• Standardize SOPs, KPI systems, and best practices.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream functions for integrated models.
• Address issues like shrinkage, stockouts, and delays with systemic solutions.
• Lead cross-department collaboration across procurement, warehousing, logistics, tech, and data teams.
• Develop and evaluate WMS/WCS/TMS functional designs to improve routing and efficiency.
