FORTITUDE PARTNERSHIP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager in Financial Lines to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in Singapore.

You will deliver exceptional client service, drive renewal retention, identify growth opportunities and build long-term client relationships. Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in Property & Casualty and/or Specialty Lines, with focus on Financial Lines or Marine/Cargo.
• Strong technical knowledge of Financial Lines and/or Marine/Cargo products and placements.
• Degree holder with relevant insurance qualifications (BCP, PGI, ComGI).
• Proven success in client management, business development and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development by identifying and securing opportunities with insurers to tailor coverage.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across specialty lines, focusing on Financial Lines and/or Marine/Cargo.
• Lead end-to-end renewal processes with accurate policy administration and documentation.

Who we arelooking for

We are seekingan experienced, commercially driven and client-focused Manager/SeniorManager, Financial Lines to manage and grow a portfolioof corporate clients. This role is responsible for delivering exceptionalclient service, driving renewal retention, identifying growth opportunities,and building long-term client relationships.

The idealcandidate has a strong background in commercial Property & Casualty insurance, with technical expertise in Financial Lines (includingDirectors' & Officers' Liability, Professional Indemnity, Cyber, Crime andManagement Liability). You will possess asound understanding of clients' business operations and risk exposures,enabling you to develop tailored insurance solutions, provide trusted riskadvisory services, and deliver value to clients across a broad range ofcommercial insurance needs.

The appointmenttitle and compensation package will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications,experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drivenew business development initiatives by proactively identifying, pursuing andsecuring new opportunities, working closely with insurers to developcompetitive and tailored insurance solutions.
• Manageand grow a portfolio of corporate clients across specialty insurance lines,with a focus on Financial Lines and/or Marine/Cargo.
• Leadthe end-to-end renewal process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliantplacement, policy administration and documentation.
• Serveas the primary point of contact for client enquiries and claims matters,coordinating effectively with insurers and internal stakeholders to ensureprompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Buildand maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, developing a deepunderstanding of their evolving business operations and risk exposures.
• Collaborateclosely with insurer partners to negotiate competitive coverage terms andachieve optimal placement outcomes for clients.
• Identifyopportunities to expand existing client relationships through cross-selling andupselling of relevant insurance solutions.
• Ensureaccurate record-keeping, policy administration and compliance with regulatory,company, and operational requirements.

What makes youstand out

• Ideally 6 years of experience in Property & Casualty and/or Specialty Linesparticularly in Financial Lines and/or Marine/Cargo within the insurance orbroking industry.
• Strongtechnical knowledge of Financial Lines and/or Marine/Cargo products andplacements.
• Degree holderwith relevant insurance qualifications, including BCP, PGI, and ComGIcertifications.
• Proven successin client management, business development, and portfolio growth.
• Strategic andcommercially minded, with the ability to balance relationship management,business development, and operational excellence.
• Self-motivated,highly organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamicenvironment.
• Teamleadership experience would be a strong bonus.
