As a Senior Manager Finance & Accounts at 88 Pictures in Mumbai Andheri MIDC, you will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and business leaders to enhance financial excellence across the multi-studio operations. Your role will encompass strategic planning, meticulous financial control, and data-driven insights to drive growth, ensure compliance, and maximize value creation.You should have a proven track record of achieving ambitious financial targets in a fast-paced setting, along with the ability to thrive in an open, creative culture while upholding high performance standards. Deep knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, IFRS, and industry best practices is essential, coupled with expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques. Previous experience in Media, Animation, VFX, Gaming, or related sectors would be advantageous.Your responsibilities will include presenting comprehensive performance dashboards, rolling forecasts, and KPI packs to the Leadership Team, leading annual budgeting and strategic planning processes, analyzing project profitability, managing treasury and funds, providing decision support to business units, designing and ensuring compliance with financial processes, establishing internal control frameworks, managing statutory compliance, leading financial statement consolidation, conducting variance analyses, evaluating strategic projects and growth initiatives, and overseeing taxation and regulatory compliance.Success in this role will be reflected in accurate and timely dashboards and forecasts, improved project-level margins, streamlined financial processes, and a collaborative finance team that is recognized as a trusted partner to production, creative, and executive leadership.This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
