The role serves as a key partner to the Board Member, providing executive and decision support, business analysis, presentation development and coordination of strategic priorities across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • A. Executive meeting and decision support

Prepare agendas, pre-reads, briefing notes, talking points and decision papers for FEO and a selected listed entity meeting.

Produce decision-oriented minutes capturing key points, decisions, owners, deadlines and escalations.

Maintain action and decision trackers, follow up on dependencies and keep a forward view of meetings, decisions and milestones.

Develop board, management and stakeholder decks with clear storylines, messages and decision points.

Structure submissions, challenge gaps and work with content owners to validate facts, figures and recommendations.

Prepare speeches, correspondence, key messages and briefing notes, and maintain approved materials and references.
