Synapxe in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Methods Performance & Control to shape governance, measures, and continuous improvement across the public healthcare IT ecosystem.

You will lead design and operation of governance frameworks, enterprise controls, compliance mechanisms, and performance measurement to ensure standards are met.

The role requires strategic thinking, analytical rigour, and strong stakeholder influence to drive alignment and accountability across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape governance, measurement, and continuous improvement across enterprise ways of working
• Lead design and operationalisation of governance frameworks, controls, compliance mechanisms, and performance measurement systems
• Provide independent challenge and identify emerging organisational risks to drive improvements
• Collaborate with business leaders, programme offices, governance functions, auditors, and transformation teams to strengthen capabilities
