Job summary

Synapxe in Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to join the Population Health technology team. You will independently lead capabilities and workstreams across capability development, delivery, and service operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant technology platforms.

You will collaborate with business users, internal teams, and vendors, coordinate procurement and funding submissions, manage risks, and drive operational readiness, runbooks, monitoring, and post-implementation

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in technology capability development, delivery, or production support.
• Experience leading workstreams, coordinating vendors, or delivering technology projects.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance practices.
• Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of scalable, secure capabilities aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate procurement, governance, and funding submissions from the outset.
• Manage delivery progress, risks, issues, and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Ensure operational readiness with runbooks, monitoring, and support processes.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve incidents and sustain service quality.
