Job summary

• Experience in stakeholder engagement, public education or volunteer management.
• Strong strategic and systems thinking with ability to translate insights into action.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Willingness to work outside office hours for events.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities and initiatives to improve compliance using data, feedback, trends.
• Develop approaches from idea to pilot to scale, including technology, data and AI.
• Lead strategy and management of enforcement volunteer programme.
• Drive campaigns with content, channels, evaluation with Corporate Communications.
• Collaborate with schools to promote safe behaviour and juvenile offender referrals.
• Build partnerships with corporate platforms, fleet operators, grassroots organisations and community groups.
• Set KPIs and evaluate engagement impact; refine approaches.
• Prepare papers for senior management and represent LTA at inter-agency platforms.
• Lead and develop a team; oversee budgets, procurement and risks.
