Job summary

The Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager to Senior Executive in Investigations. The role involves conducting investigations into violations of the Road Traffic Act, Active Mobility Act, and EV charging rules, and preparing court documents as required.

You will interview involved parties, conduct fieldwork and site visits, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support process improvements through data analysis, reporting, and project work.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant investigations and enforcement experience for Senior/Executive levels; 5–8 years for Assistant Manager.
• Strong communication, written, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinker and skilled writer; meticulous and well organised.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into violations across RTA, AMA, EVCA and related legislations.
• Interview connected persons, perform fieldwork, site visits and system checks to gather evidence.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders; prepare court charges, summonses and notices.
• Prepare investigation papers; subpoena witnesses; testify in court when required.
• Record complaints, handle enquiries, and address appeals related to investigations.
• Participate in project-based work to improve processes; assist with data analysis, drafting and reporting.
