Job summary

Land Transport Authority in Singapore is recruiting for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager, Deputy Product Lead (Violation Management). You will join a team at the intersection of policy, operations and technology, driving ENF's transformation from concept through deployment.

Lead end-to-end product delivery, coordinate with PMs, engineers, designers and data teams, manage budgets and contracts, and present transformation plans to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in product leadership in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience working with engineering, design and policy stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive momentum.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership and operations.
• Familiarity with agile, product-led delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Drive system transformation and ENF2.0 enhancements.
• Identify and evaluate AI solutions to improve enforcement.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery to post-deployment.
• Coordinate with PM, engineers, designers and data squads.
• Manage budgets, contracts, governance and vendor performance.
• Prepare funding proposals and transformation plans for senior management.
