Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, chief of staff, or similar generalist roles.
• Track record of operating across senior leadership and managing complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams.
• Strong organisational instincts and ability to balance tracking, chasing, and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional and enterprise-wide initiatives from initiation to handover.
• Develop and advance strategic workstreams with independent judgment.
• Design and document scalable operational processes for programmes.
• Create high-quality strategic decks, briefing documents, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage cadence of key meetings and coordinate engagements with internal and external partners.
