Job summary

Woodlands Hospital is seeking a Fundraising & Donor Relations Manager in Singapore to grow philanthropic support. You will identify donors, acquire supporters, cultivate relationships, and ensure compliance with governance standards while coordinating with clinical teams and partners.

The role requires 5+ years in fundraising, donor relations or partnerships, strong CRM experience, and excellent communication. You will lead campaigns, manage donor engagement, and report to hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Non-Profit Management or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of fundraising, donor relations, philanthropy or partnership development.
• Good understanding of charity governance, donor stewardship and fundraising best practices.
• Experience working with donor databases and CRM systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with priorities.
• Identify major gifts, corporate partnerships, campaigns, and legacy giving.
• Plan campaigns, donor appeals, events and reports for governance.
• Build relationships with individual, corporate and foundation donors.
• Ensure donor stewardship, timely acknowledgments and records.
