Job summary

World Vision International in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive or Manager for Resource Development and Relationship Management to drive fundraising growth by cultivating major donor, corporate and church partnerships.

You will manage inbound and outbound leads, increase acquisitions through physical events and online channels, and help raise awareness of World Vision's development programmes by delivering meaningful donor experiences and strategic engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent command of English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proven track record in account management or business development.
• Strategic thinking with strong project management and execution skills.
• Familiarity with analytics measures, metrics, and targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and as a strong team player.
• Experience with CRM and donor management systems (Salesforce, OLAP/SQL) is a plus.
