Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5–7 years of partnership or business development experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience.
• Proven ability to manage long‑term external relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in healthcare, professional services, or regulated environments.
• Experience with regional or cross-border partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships by identifying opportunities and developing shared value models.
• Drive end-to-end partnership discussions, including proposals and contract coordination.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and clinical units to align plans.
• Oversee existing partnerships, monitor KPIs, and recommend improvements.
• Conduct market research to inform strategy and leadership decisions.
• Represent Woodlands Hospital at external meetings and industry events.
