DesignSingapore Council (Dsg) invites an experienced leader to join as Assistant Head (Digital Services) in the Corporate Services & Governance division. You will shape digital services, technology governance, cybersecurity, and the performance of core technology platforms to support organisational priorities.

Responsibilities

Digital Strategy and Business Alignment: Lead the development of Dsg's Digital Services roadmap and oversee planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
Digital Operations & End-User Services: Ensure secure operation of digital services, SaaS apps, networks, and devices; coordinate change management.
Technology Planning, Budget and Performance: Develop mid-term digital strategies, lead budget planning, monitor KPIs and prepare reports.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs with IT providers.
Procurement and Contract Management: Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of Digital Services contracts and procurement.
Governance, Risk and Compliance: Lead governance framework, drive cybersecurity incident management, and oversee audits and remediation.
