Job summary

Lifelong Learning Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a strategic Head of Digital Services to lead IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance and enterprise systems. You will steer a small team and coordinate with MSPs to ensure secure, reliable platforms.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder communication and a focus on risk management and compliance. A 2-year contract is offered with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT/CS or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or related fields with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Cyber Trust Mark, ISO/IEC 27001, PDPA and IT governance practices.
• Experience managing IT vendors/ MSPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity, data governance and systems governance programmes.
• Oversee network, infrastructure, backups, DR/BC and cloud services.
• Direct enterprise applications and end-user services (MS 365) deployment and support.
• Manage team, vendors, SLAs and procurement activities.
