Job summary

Housing & Development Board (HDB) in Singapore seeks a seasoned ICT security professional to design, operationalise, and govern an enterprise ICT governance framework, aligning policies, standards and controls to secure HDB's technology landscape.

You will lead governance for WOG policies, drive awareness campaigns, manage Identity & Access Management, and conduct quality audits and security reviews to continuously strengthen the organisation's cyber posture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICT security work experience
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity risks and controls
• Experience with IT security policies, standards and procedures
• Familiarity with security audits and compliance checks

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern the ICT security governance framework
• Lead security awareness initiatives for management and staff
• Administer Identity & Access Management and access controls
• Conduct quality audits and security reviews of applications and infrastructure
