Job summary

Lifelong Learning SG in Singapore seeks a Head of Digital Services to lead a small team overseeing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance and enterprise applications. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic direction, managing internal staff and MSPs to ensure secure, reliable services.

You will drive improvements across networks, cloud services, Microsoft 365, and end-user support while maintaining compliance with PDPA and information security standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of IT infrastructure/cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on experience with networks, cloud services, backup and disaster recovery.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and PDPA data protection.
• Experience managing IT vendors and MSPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity, data governance and systems governance across the org.
• Oversee network and infrastructure including cloud, servers and backups.
• Manage enterprise applications and end-user services, including Microsoft 365.
• Develop and coach the Digital Services team; report risks to executive board.
