People's Association seeks a Senior Manager to oversee strategic course portfolio management, engage partners, and implement guidelines for trainer and operator standards. You will drive course development, curate programs with Trainers/Private Operators, and support inter-agency projects to enhance community programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic management of course portfolios through partner engagement and industry trend analysis to uphold trainer and operator standards.
• Support day-to-day course development and inter-agency projects with operational input.
• Develop and curate courses with partners, repackage existing offerings, and drive national initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders and industry leaders to expand PA's course network.
• Drive marketing campaigns, ensure consistent brand messaging, and coordinate publicity across channels.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and ad-hoc duties to enhance processes and resident engagement.
