The Tourism Management Institute of Singapore is seeking an experienced programme manager to oversee curriculum review, learning material development, and accreditation support. You will coordinate operations for SSG-funded programmes, manage trainer logistics, and ensure learner satisfaction through structured processes.
You will lead with strong organizational, communication, and ed-tech skills, while guiding academic staff and aligning materials with regulatory standards.
Coordinate the end-to-end curriculum review cycle — scheduling reviews, tracking action items, following up with trainers and SMEs, and ensuring updated materials are version-controlled and filed.
Apply structured instructional design processes (e.g., outcome-mapping, alignment of learning objectives to assessments) to support material development, with guidance from the Programme Manager or SMEs.
Use basic pedagogical frameworks (e.g., Bloom's Taxonomy, adult learning principles) to review draft materials for logical flow, clarity and alignment — flagging gaps without needing deep content expertise.
Assist in developing or reformatting learning materials (slides, learner guides, assessment tools) to improve consistency, readability and instructional quality.
Maintain a curriculum calendar tracking review schedules, version histories and approval status across all assigned courses.
Support accreditation or re-accreditation submissions by compiling curriculum documentation, mapping evidence to requirements and coordinating sign-offs.
Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned SSG-funded programmes — scheduling, trainer allocation, class-run setup, attendance and assessment records.
Prepare and submit accurate claims, attendance and completion documentation within required timelines.
Maintain audit-ready course files in line with SSG, PEA and PDPA requirements.
Serve as first point of contact for learner queries and administrative requests.
Coordinate trainer logistics and ensure resources are in place for each class run.
Collate learner feedback and trainer observation records; surface patterns to the Programme Manager for action.
Track KPI data (pass rates, completion, satisfaction) and prepare summary reports for the Programme Manager.
Assist in preparing documents for internal QA reviews and external audits.
Liaise with SSG and accreditation bodies on routine administrative and compliance matters.
A Degree in a relevant field (education, business, or related disciplines).
ACTA/ACLP certification is required.
DACE or DDDLP certification is a strong advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in programme management or teaching, preferably within the education or training sector.
Experience in Travel and Tourism industry preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate academic staff.
Strong organizational, administrative, and time management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in digital learning platforms and educational technologies.
Experience in curriculum development and working with regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
