Job summary

The Senior Manager (Projects) at People’s Association will support the formation of the Community Development Council in the North West district, promoting social cohesion and race harmony through partnerships with schools, community groups and government agencies.

They will lead a team to design and implement Social Support programmes, align initiatives with CDC goals, and drive council operations, reporting to PA HQ while contributing to cross‑department projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in leadership roles overseeing multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse partners.
• Ability to work with schools, community organisations and government agencies.
• Willing to work weekday nights and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Programme Development — formulate and review Social Support programme plans.
• Team Leadership & Performance Management — lead a team and set targets.
• Community Programme Implementation — plan and run social support initiatives.
• Stakeholder & Partnership Management — build networks with partners and agencies.
• Joint Project Oversight — oversee multi-party projects against objectives.
• Council Operations Management — support council operations and logistics.
• Reporting & Coordination with PA HQ — provide progress updates and coordination.
• Ad-hoc Leadership Contributions — participate in task forces and cross‑dept projects.
