The Senior Manager (Projects) at People’s Association will support the formation of the Community Development Council in the North West district, promoting social cohesion and race harmony through partnerships with schools, community groups and government agencies.
They will lead a team to design and implement Social Support programmes, align initiatives with CDC goals, and drive council operations, reporting to PA HQ while contributing to cross‑department projects.

The Senior Manager (Projects) will be performing the following tasks:
The candidate must have relevant working experience as an effective team leader with a good track record, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
The candidate must also have good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Given the nature of the role, the ability to lead and manage teams, experience in engaging with stakeholders, including corporates and social service agencies, and oversee multiple projects concurrently would also be essential.
The role will requires flexibility in working hours, as the candidate must be able to work on weekday nights and weekends.
Knowledge of a second language such as Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or dialects would be advantageous, as would prior experience in volunteer management, grant management and/or secretariat work.
