Job summary

People's Association (PA) is seeking a communications-focused professional to drive strategic plans for Community Development Councils and to organise programmes that support government engagement with the community. The role emphasizes governance, partnerships, and digital storytelling across CDC platforms.

You will lead internal and external communications, craft central narratives for programmes, manage media relations, and grow PA's network with corporate partners and communities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in community work and marketing communications.
• Ability to write, think and develop concepts. Experience in marketing, corporate development and people sector work would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic communications plans to support CDC flagship programmes.
• Develop and organise common based programmes to engage the community and partners.
• Ensure governance across CDCs and CPD.
• Outreach to deepen engagement and grow networks.
