Job summary

Micron in Singapore seeks a senior CMP/BTG Process Lead to mentor engineers, drive process module development, and coordinate cross-functional teams for 3D NAND production. You will guide DOE experiments, implement data-driven optimization, and ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with Process Integration, Equipment Engineering, and global TD groups to meet milestones, transfer to high-volume manufacturing, and drive continuous improvement in yield and stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 8 years of semiconductor process development experience with CMP/BTG expertise.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering-team leadership and talent development.
• Demonstrated mentoring, team-building, and technical leadership abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of CMP processes and related integration constraints.
• Experience with supplier engagement, process transfer to manufacturing, and DOE/data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, mentor, and develop CMP & BTG engineers; provide regular feedback and career development.
• Own and drive CMP/BTG process module development and manufacturability for 3D NAND nodes.
• Drive process development activities aligned with TD roadmap for robust solutions.
• Collaborate with Process Integration, Manufacturing Development, Equipment Engineering, and global TD teams.
• Lead transfer of processes to high-volume manufacturing and support ramp and yield improvements.
• Lead DOE-based experiments and data-driven optimization to expand process window and reduce cost.
• Implement advanced process monitoring, control strategies, and data analytics.
• Identify process simplification, cost reduction, and productivity improvements across teams.
• Engage suppliers, qualify consumables, and align with procurement and operations on strategy.
