Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore invites a Senior Manager to lead CMP/BTG process development for 3D NAND devices.

You will manage a cross-functional team across Process Development, Integration, Manufacturing, and Equipment Engineering to deliver robust, scalable solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, process characterization, DOE experiments, data analytics, and collaboration with global TD teams to drive yield improvement and manufacturability while ensuring safety and IP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
8+ years semiconductor process development experience with CMP and/or BTG.
3+ years leading engineering teams and developing talent.
Strong mentoring, collaboration, and communication skills.
Experience transferring processes to manufacturing and improving yield.

Responsibilities

Lead, hire, mentor, and develop a team of CMP & BTG engineers.
Own and drive CMP and BTG process module development.
Drive DOE-based experiments and data-driven optimization.
Collaborate with Process Integration, Manufacturing Development, Equipment Engineering, and global TD teams.
Lead transfer of processes to high-volume manufacturing.
Promote safety and compliance with Micron policies.
