Qualifications

Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Sciences, Computer Science, Analytics, or related discipline.
At least 7 years of experience in data science, analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
Experience with large and complex datasets to generate business and healthcare insights.
Proficiency in Excel, Access, and statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, STATA, R, or Python.
Experience in dashboarding, data visualisation, predictive analytics, and enterprise reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

Drive Data-Driven Transformation with evidence-based analytics.
Lead Enterprise Data Platforms and governance for EDW and analytics workbench.
Design and deliver enterprise dashboards and visualisations across domains (operations, finance, manpower, quality, safety, patient care).
Mentor junior data scientists and analysts to build analytics capability.
