Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Centre Management/Integrated Development Management. The role oversees operations, leasing, advertising and promotions, and tenancy management for integrated community developments, coordinating with stakeholders to meet strategic targets.

The candidate should bring a track record of leading teams in centre or asset management within retail, commercial or mixed-use spaces, and be adept at managing vendors and reporting to senior

Qualifications

• Qualification in any relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in leading a team in centre management or asset management in retail/commercial/mixed-use developments.
• Experience in centre management of integrated community development and management of Managing Agent is a plus.
• Knowledge of best practices in operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure smooth operations of the building, including taking over and handing over of premises
• Involve in defining the overall strategy of the development, execute strategy to ensure key targets are met
• To lead engagements and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational and user requirements, and organisational objectives
• To oversee outsourced vendors to ensure quality standards are met
• Develop plans and activities to achieve agreed targets
• Prepare and present management reports for regular reporting
• Optimise resources for efficient operations of building
