Job summary

Singapore Land Authority (SLA) is seeking a Senior Manager, Centre Management / Integrated Development Management to lead a team overseeing operations, leasing, advertising and promotions, and tenancy management for integrated community developments.

The role involves defining development strategy, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring targets are met across operations, asset management, and vendor oversight. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in leading a team in centre management or asset management in retail/ commercial/ mixed-use developments.
• Experience in centre management of integrated community development and management of Managing Agent is a plus.
• Knowledge of best practices in operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure smooth operations of the building, including taking over and handing over of premises.
• Define the overall strategy of the development, and execute strategy to meet key targets.
• Lead engagements and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational and user requirements and organisational objectives.
• Oversee outsourced vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop plans and activities to achieve agreed targets.
• Prepare and present management reports for regular reporting.
• Optimize resources for efficient operations of building.

You will play a key role in dealing with various stakeholders, ensuring the overall development strategy and key targets are met.
