The ideal candidate will have a background in Real Estate or related fields, with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of retail leasing experience. Key responsibilities include formulating retail concepts, supporting leasing strategies, and conducting property viewings.

What the role is

Assistant Manager, Business Planning & Development

What you will be working on

• Plan and execute adaptive reuse of State land and properties before they are slated for long term developments.
• Rejuvenate portfolio properties by engaging market players to explore new uses.
• Work with other agencies and business partners for potential collaboration on strategic properties and projects.
• Support the division and appointed agents in the planning and implementation of leasing strategies and tenant mix for the properties under the portfolio.
• Assist in formulating and implementing retail concepts and target prospective tenants.
• Assist in prospecting/leasing of spaces and conduct viewings of available space.
• Monitor current and future vacancies to ensure full occupancy of the development(s).
• Work with relevant divisions and appointed managing agent(s) to meet tenants’ needs and drive traffic to the development(s).
