Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a Senior Manager in the Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) Kaizen Office to lead behaviour change and design thinking initiatives across NHG institutions. You will embed these methods within healthcare settings, build capability among NHG staff, and drive projects that improve patient and staff experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Economics, Sociology, Industrial design or related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in a Behaviour Change or Design Thinking role, preferably within a large organisation.
• Experience leading behaviour change and/or design thinking projects.
• Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Solidworks/Autodesk, Rhinoceros 3D and Figma.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to co-create with internal stakeholders and users, and facilitate workshops.

Responsabilités

• Lead behaviour change and design thinking projects within NHG institutions and Kaizen Office.
• Identify projects, measure outcomes and develop interventions.
• Conduct research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Develop prototypes and run experiments to test interventions.
• Facilitate co-creation and design workshops with diverse stakeholders.
