NHG Health seeks a Behaviour Change and Design Thinking Specialist (Senior Manager) to lead initiatives at the Centre for Healthcare Innovation. Apply design thinking, behavioural insights and lean methods to improve patient and staff experiences across NHG institutions.

You will build capabilities, design and test interventions, and guide co-creation workshops with stakeholders to drive meaningful improvements in healthcare delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years experience in leading behaviour change and/or design thinking projects.
• Experience in designing and implementing interventions with stakeholders.
• Strong capability in visualising concepts and POVs using design tools.

Responsabilités

• Behaviour Change & Design Thinking Project Lead: identify projects and build relationships across NHG institutions.
• Lead projects with scoping, outcomes measurement, and data-driven analysis.
• Develop interventions and prototypes through literature reviews and co-creation.
• Design, implement and analyse experiments including real-world and lab Fig trials.
