Job summary

NHG Health in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager to lead Behaviour Change and Design Thinking initiatives within the Kaizen Office at CHI. You will drive projects that improve patient and staff experiences by embedding methods and building a culture of continuous improvement.

The role blends research, prototyping and experimentation with capability development, partnering with NHG institutions and other problem-solving approaches to achieve measurable health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years experience in leading behaviour change and/or design thinking projects.
• At least 7 years of experience in a Behaviour Change or Design Thinking role, preferably within a large organisation.
• Proficient in using industrial design tools to create visualisations of POCs and POVs (e.g. 2D sketches, 3D designs, 3D prints).
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Economics, Sociology, Industrial design or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead behaviour change and design thinking projects across NHG institutions.
• Identify projects and pitch a strong value proposition for departments within NHG to collaborate with the Kaizen Office.
• Design, implement and analyse experiments to test interventions, including qualitative and quantitative user testing; real-world and lab-based trials.
• Develop capabilities of NHG staff in the use of behavioural insights as a problem‑solving approach.
• Lead or participate in projects involving lean management or change management.
