Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a Behaviour Change and Design Thinking Specialist (Senior Manager) to lead projects at the Kaizen Office, CHI, within NHG. You will drive problem-solving using design thinking, behavioural insights, and lean methods to improve patient and staff outcomes.

You will develop capabilities, co-create with stakeholders, and design experiments to test interventions in real-world settings across NHG institutions.

Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years experience in leading behaviour change and/or design thinking projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Economics, Sociology, Industrial design or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a Behaviour Change or Design Thinking role, preferably within a large organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead behaviour change and design thinking projects across NHG institutions.
• Embed methods within NHG institutions to build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop interventions, prototypes and conduct experiments to test effectiveness.
