Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in project and programme management across full delivery lifecycle.
• Experience managing innovation portfolios, governance forums, pilots and scale-up decisions.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with ability to interpret operational data.
• Change management with stakeholder engagement and managing resistance to change.
• Stakeholder management across clinical, operational, and corporate functions.
• Financial acumen for budget management and resource optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMH Innovation Office and develop an enterprise innovation roadmap.
• Establish a balanced innovation portfolio comprising large-scale initiatives and smaller productivity enablers.
• Work with clinicians, operations, quality, corporate functions and technology partners to identify high-value problems and prioritize opportunities.
• Translate priorities into actionable innovation programmes with digital solutions, analytics, AI, automation and process redesign.
• Advise governance committees on portfolio choices, investment priorities and risks.
• Build partnerships and governance for measurable benefits across clinical and operational domains.
