The candidate will lead engagements across strategy, transformations and operations, shape growth and contribute to developing consulting methodologies while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in management consulting, strategy, operations or technology consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex consulting engagements from planning to implementation.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement with senior executives.
• Excellent written and spoken English for cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements across strategy, transformation, operations and technology.
• Structure complex client challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Coach and develop consultants and project team members.
• Contribute to business development, proposals and client presentations.
• Support development of consulting methodologies and knowledge assets.
• Expand the Singapore practice and collaborate with regional teams and HQ in Japan.
