Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of relevant consulting/advisory experience.
• Experience delivering business transformations and operational improvements.
• Experience working with multinational and Japanese clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver engagements for Japanese clients, covering strategy, operating models and transformation.
• Advise on business and operational challenges to improve performance and growth.
• Manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Support business development: identify opportunities, proposals and client presentations.
• Lead delivery teams to ensure on-time, within-scope, high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional EY teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership, practice development and capability building.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to foster a high-performing culture.
