Job summary

Elegant Group (Singapore) is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the mall's leasing function and a team of Leasing Executives, driving occupancy and revenue targets through strategy, sourcing tenants, and lease execution.

You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and property management to ensure a strong tenant mix, smooth onboarding, and effective AEI-driven enhancements, while maintaining close relationships with tenants, agents and retail partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/real estate related field.
• 7-12 years in retail or commercial leasing with supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Leasing Executives to achieve business objectives.
• Set targets and KPIs to drive accountability and results.
• Provide coaching and development to enhance team capability.
• Monitor performance and implement improvement plans.
• Plan workload and report leasing activity and performance.
• Lead AEI projects from a leasing perspective.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to optimise occupancy and revenue.
• Identify, source, and secure tenants aligned with mall positioning.
• Oversee site viewings, presentations, and leasing proposals.
• Negotiate lease terms and documentation per policies.
• Monitor market trends and tenant movements to refine strategies.
• Build relationships with tenants, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Manage renewals, relocations, expansions, and terminations.
