Job summary
Dyson Operations Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled M365 and Exchange Platform Engineer to own the architecture, engineering, operation, and automation of the Microsoft 365 tenant and Exchange Online platform in our enterprise environment.
You will lead the deployment of new M365 features, manage licensing lifecycles, automate tasks with PowerShell and Graph API, and ensure high availability and performance across the tenant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
- 5–7 years hands-on engineering experience with large-scale M365 and Exchange Online.
- Advanced PowerShell and Graph API automation skills.
- Microsoft 365 certifications are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Architect, engineer, operate, and automate the M365 tenant and Exchange Online platform.
- Design redundant mail routes and disaster recovery procedures.
- Develop Graph API and PowerShell scripts to automate administration.
- Oversee license lifecycle management and cost optimization.
