Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer/Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, process monthly claims, and review BOQ for M&E projects in Singapore. The role includes tender support, contract administration, and documenting project progress.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in both mechanical and electrical disciplines, excellent English communication, and the ability to work independently within a team environment. Central location, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in M&E engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
• Mechanical or Electrical engineering background, with exposure to both disciplines preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Prepare and review M&E Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Support tendering activities, contract administration, and project documentation.

• Ensure accurate quantity take-offs and measurements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members where required.
