ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to join our engineering team at Kaki Bukit. The role focuses on cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering for M&E works within a permanent, full-time arrangement.

You will prepare quantity take-offs, manage contracts, handle variations, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. A Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering is required, with at least 3 years' M&E QS experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
• At least 3 years QS experience in M&E construction or commercial projects.
• Good knowledge of ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary works.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates from drawings and specs.
• Prepare take-offs for ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary works.
• Prepare and manage project budgets; monitor cost changes.
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate quotations.
• Manage M&E contracts; handle variations and claims.
• Identify cost‑effective solutions while maintaining quality.
• Assess project cost and contract‑related risks.
• Prepare regular cost reports for updates.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.00am – 5.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed material and labour quantity take‑offs for Mechanical (ACMV – Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary works.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor cost changes, and recommend cost‑saving solutions.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and support procurement activities.
• Manage M&E contracts, handle variation orders and claims, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Identify practical and cost‑effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
• Assess project cost and contract‑related risks.
• Prepare regular cost reports and provide updates on project costs.
• Work closely with internal teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to support project delivery.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of Quantity Surveying experience in M&E construction or commercial projects.
• Good knowledge of Mechanical (ACMV – Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary works.
