Job summary

People Search Consultants in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management for mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive cost efficiency, prepare tender documents, and monitor budgets to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of M&E systems, plus excellent negotiation and procurement skills.

Qualifications

Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field preferred.
3+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years may qualify for Senior M&E QS.
Proficient in quantity surveying practices.
Experience managing construction project budgets and costs.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in construction.
Excellent contract negotiation and procurement skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee cost management and budget control for M&E aspects of construction projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and successful project delivery.
Prepare and review tender and contract documents.
Evaluate project cost effectiveness and propose cost-saving measures.
