Job summary

Santarli Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E professional to lead the M&E team on tenders and projects. The role involves budgeting, site work program preparation, and comprehensive planning of projects, workforce, and materials.

The successful candidate will coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors, contribute to M&E engineering works for planning, and support the Project Manager on all M&E matters.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree by PEB in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Ten years+ relevant experience in building projects.
• Strong leadership and project coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E team in tenders and project management activities.
• Prepare project budget and site work programs.
• Perform project, workforce and material planning.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors.
• Involve in M&E engineering works to support planning department.
• Assist the Project Manager in all M&E matters.
