Leap Integrated Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Lead for M&E projects in Singapore. You will be responsible for the overall operations of M&E projects, building a capable team and driving tendering, pricing, and contract planning.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in M&E works, a diploma/degree in M&E Engineering, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• 3–5 years relevant experience in M&E works in Singapore.
• Project management and MS Office proficiency.
• Diploma or degree in M&E Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong supervision and communication abilities.
• Solid managerial and organizational skills.
• Proven track record in the construction industry.

Mansioni

• Overall in charge of the operations of M&E related projects undertaken by the Company.
• Build and maintain an effective operations team.
• Responsible for exploring, studying, pricing and tendering future project/maintenance term contracts.
• Develops strategic plans by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
• Allocates resources; monitors progress; reviews processes and makes mid-course corrections.
• Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
• Develops project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans; conferring with management.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying phases and elements; assigning personnel; reviewing bids from contractors.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing elements.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Any other duties in relation to the Company to be assigned from time to time.
