Job summary

Santarli Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E Engineer/Supervisor to provide technical support to the project team. You will assist the Project Manager/M&E Manager in planning, reviewing, and monitoring M&E works on site, and help manage M&E subcontractors to ensure progress and quality.

You will coordinate drawings (CSD), ensure compliance with codes, and oversee RFA/RFI, shop drawings, and testing activities to meet project schedules.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in building projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate technical work on site.
• Familiarity with M&E codes, regulations, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team.
• Assist the Project Manager/M&E Manager in planning, reviewing, monitoring and controlling M&E works on site.
• Coordinate and produce M&E drawings (CSD) and ensure accurate submissions.
• Appraise works/products for compliance with specifications and provide recommendations.
• Control progress of RFA, RFI, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
