Job summary

Technomate Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced M&E Construction Project Manager to lead planning, scheduling, budgeting and site execution across complex building projects.

You will coordinate closely with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, review M&E designs and method statements, and monitor progress while resolving technical issues and managing variations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
• Solid knowledge of M&E design principles and building services.
• Experience managing M&E works on commercial, residential or mixed-use projects.
• Ability to review design drawings, method statements and shop drawings.
• Proven track record coordinating with consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control and resources.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review M&E designs, shop drawings, method statements and submissions.
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, manage variations and claims.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, LTA (if applicable), MOM and statutory requirements.
• Lead site teams of engineers and supervisors for smooth execution.
• Ensure all works meet quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to management and stakeholders.
