Job summary

bond m & e pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior M&E Project Engineer with 5+ years of design and on-site experience to lead mechanical and electrical system design and execution.

You will drive project progress, review drawings, and coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and authorities to ensure timely delivery. You will oversee engineers and technicians, manage schedules, prepare claims and tenders, and ensure quality control and safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical & Electrical or related discipline.
• Candidates with other qualifications and relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 5 years’ M&E design knowledge.
• Good site management, budget control & supervision skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of M&E installation, architecture, structure & local practices & authorities requirement
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Execute contracts progress and coordinate site activities.
• Design mechanical and electrical systems for projects.
• Monitor site progress and liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors & authorities to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
• Report progress and site issues to Project Director / Project General Manager / Senior Project Manager.
• Attend meetings & daily briefing at site.
• Guide & supervise Engineers / Assistant Engineers / Supervisors.
• Check drawings & prepare relevant schedule.
• Prepare sub-contractor progress claims and quotations.
• Monitor & supervise work progression, Quality Control & ensure safety regulation observed.
• Perform testing and commissioning at work site.
• Maintain proper record for M&E issues.
• Involve in Tender.
