Job summary

THIAM BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee project planning, design, and progress reporting for construction projects in Singapore. This role involves substantial coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry are required. Strong communication skills and knowledge of AutoCAD will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Singapore's building and construction industry.
• Experience with HDB projects or high-rise developments.
• Hands-on experience in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on the progress of work to project manager.
• Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies.
• Control site progress and installation quality as per approved documentation.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections and manage construction schedule.
